I'm a particularly larger fan of that whole "search for developers" idea there. Have people have their name in there as a database with things like past experiences, perhaps some example of their work, whether or not their looking for work, could really help people find the developers they need, and could allow developers get multiple offers and pick and choose which server they would like best to work with. |
