The symbol I showed you is Germanic, the sun wheel. The symbol was on Germanic shields from over 5000 years old.
If you turn it around it's a Budhist symbol for peace.
So my pic just meant the rising sun, what it has to do with Samurai. Samurai -> Japan -> Amaterasu -> Sun Goddess
