What could that post have done that a PM could not have? If you wanted to ask him if he was back, PMs are not only more noticible (they pop up a little window when you recieve one) but they stop you from getting your thread deleted, and creating yet another thread to attempt to get sam into trouble.

Also, I don't understand why people should be given warnings, especially when they are on the forums acknowleding the rules that they haven't even broken, but are asking for a warning when they do break them. The EULA should be the warning.
