Five Kingdoms are already drawing the population of RPers thin enough, thank you, unless subkingdoms were actually further classifications under the Five.
And as for having MORE ocean, and for the trip to Kingdom islands to take MORE time...haven't the islands suffered enough? This would just push them further into non-use
