there could be a cave for darkelves, and restyled houses (maybe forest trees without leaves, or redesigned normal main houses),
and i town for high elves, that could consist mostly out of marmor tiles.

Its also important that there is some life created in these towns,
dialogue npcs that build a up a small story, tell you something about the island and so on.

It would make kingdom islands a much nicer place, and would help having good rp and introducing new people into it.

No. No, no, no.

If you don't understand the world you're in, please don't post.

Graal currently has two varieties of elf:

Autumn Elves have bound themselves to the Tree of Life and have amber-colored skin and the ability to photosynthesize magical energy.

Normal Elves have remained only nominally bound to the Tree, and have maintained their pale skin and lithe stature.

Changing HOUSE GRAPHICS does not encourage RP. RPing encourages RP. Moreover, Forest is, by nature, a confederation of the Elven tribes, the Goblins, the Orcs, the Dwarves, and the Humans.
