Short Circuit Thingy...

Ok, seeing as alot of people are annoyed constantly by people running away using Jetpack or vehicles. A bomb that would disable all bikes or Jetpacks or Speeders or Mech's for 5-10 seconds. Max limit would be 25 and they're ammo type so they would come back after you go to dropship. They're basically a tazebomb that doesn't do damage to people but stops all vehicles in a X by X radius.
What this idea needs...
1. Statistics
2. Weapon/Explosion GFX
3. Ammo GFX
4. Sound FX
5. Stefans approval
