Well the EM's I have seen on GK do events, but they are somewhat specific to what players can participate in them. Thats why raffles are so popular, you dont need to be fast to get anything out of the event.
Events that show your true skill, like a horse race or boat war, or even card games would not limit the event to the high leveled players or the ones with 6 speed... |
