I feel that is a statement of proper weight. Now, to address the major points:

Cragius, what if a level 110 person was roleplaying as a peasent with a pitchfork? Right now, levels to far more than simply outline how your character has developed, they schism the population beyond repair.

Dayaa, you're a QUEEN and you're arguing with the idea that by roleplaying standards, most people would be of roughly equivalent stregnth. Did it make sense that Zoe, the Queen of Dustari, was a strong enough fighter to slay every fighter that stood against her? Her character wasn't Xena and hadn't trained for millenia with the Amazons of Themescara. By proper roleplaying standards, she should have been fairly normal.
