Well, the Playerworld Administration does not go around on underconstruction playerworlds firing people who are non-development staff. The reason is, sure, UC playerworlds have staff which are non-development such as Events Team, F.A.Q., and Graal Police, but most contribute to the playerworld by making ganis, graphics, levels, and scripts. So in general, there isn't much harm done.
