The online level editor will be worked on soon, we have a lot of plans for that (including a map generator, online script editing, GUI editor, monster placer).
The only problem with this (and please dont take this offensively) that it really isnt fair to those who don't have/want to buy a playerworld yet.

If a new player wanted to learn how to use GS2 and NPC-Server he/she would have to spend at least $119.00 USD (even more once the X-Mas special wears off) to do that. It's not really right (or fair) to people who want to learn. I heard someone say something about steering away from opensource in this thread; with the way the editor is now its not only steering away, its in the opposite direction. Unfortunately you not only have to pay to play/develope, you also have to pay to learn. I think if there was an adequite offline editor that had some sort of NPC-Server like thing built into it (which really wouldn't demand that much, because it would not have to have even half of its functionality.) and support for GS2, I think you would see a 'baby boom' of new developers. This boom in developmental workers would be the best thing that ever happened to Graal, moreso even than bomys.

Again, please take no offense to this Stefan (and unixmad) because none is intended.
