I have found some rather disturbing news about EXE's under 64 bit windows. Since the EXE is oringally intended for 32 bit, the windows 64 bit has an emulator program that seems to rewrite some of the EXE Coding like it was trying to make it fit better something. Most of the EXE files on my harddrive when I went back to a 32 bit mode would not function at all, because they were said to be "corrupted". |
