Aww, you're silly.
You make it sound like I'm rating the server based on it's manager.
I'm not.
The light effects are bad, the tiling is mediocre and too much like Valikorlia's, and the NPCs are messed.
And I'm not going to continue debating with this half-wit, but I can assure you that they DID NOT make those light effects.
Once again, I point you in the direction of the awesome 'mist' effect, which was made with a 'smoke.png' image, while it has a nice particle emitter above it. If you knew how to use an emitter, you wouldn't be using a 3 frame image for an effect.
