with the ice sword equipped unprepped (just the +9 ogma) im at -15 wc. Do IWD's increase WC as well? Or do I do that solely based on the enchantment? I use havoks with a +2 WC right now (theyre clean, ya I know...I'm a nub lol). Will the +12 marks make that much of a difference? Also, whats the going price on marks? |
