I have submitted a ticket on graal support about this. its been 3 weeks or so and still no reply.

I feel it is very unfair... a scammer scams you or steals an item they get sorted out yes? A glitch takes your items and nothing happens??
i feel these issues need sorting out.
as a glitch can take more than 1 person's stuff.

As Damix said, this is a 'GK' problem and should be in the 'GK' thread...
I doubt your problem is purposly being ignored. Support tickets are 'not' the only method to get help. You can contact a
GK Staff member by pm'ing them online, or emailing one of them.
