I'm not sure what your problem could be seeing how it works for me but, Last i heard about
[email protected] was that, there was a problem with it's outgoing mail, so a confirmation email could'nt be sent...
I'm assuming you've confirmed your account through the email you should have recieved, after your attempt to create the vip.graal.net account? Accounts don't have to be activated by an admin, it's activated automatically soon as you complete the confirmation process in the email you recieved (If any). I just registered Admin-Playerworld108 and it's completely working right now, so you might want to try requesting the confirmation email once more.
