Garbage. Complete and total Garbage. Every weapon is not lame because everyone is entitled to use it; every weapon is not lame because every weapon (Or person) has an exploitable weakness, obvious or not. Chainguns take a second to fire up, and if you stop, you must start again. Lr pulsars have wide gaps in between shots, making it possible to run between them. The list goes on.

And to eleborate on the actual topic, names can be decided later, but shot delays do need to be added (HINT: EXPLOITABLE WEAKNESS). But not too long, or it will be useless.
