Gladly. Lets say I run up to someone wielding my small mortar. I fire it at point blank range, I do something like 60 damage. I fire it again. Boom, dead. Thats why mortars and running just dont work out. Also, if you fire this, you should be frozen for three seconds.
EDIT FOR ZULU15:Hm. Well, this still sounds like my RPG launcher. And don't we already have something that does 15 damage and travels over distances?
