I was thinking grenade speed, wich is about 13 tps? maybe a bit faster(makes sense since you're shooting it instead of throwing it)
And the Mortar only does 15 damage, its the Small Rocket launcher that does 30-40, and its speed is 22 tps(I dont think theres anything as fast as it yet, the crosbow is 18 tps, maybe I exagerated a little on the speed ^_^;
