It doesn't matter whether permission was given or not. Its still account sharing and a bannable offense. Ibonic checked the IP's. Two differant IP's were using the account. A full investigation was done. Gunner ending up in jail afterwards was an entirely differant matter all together. This is not the first time Gunner has been on this account. Nor will it be the last I'm sure. The rules regarding account sharing are clear.
