you have to look at in a logical spectrum
One, nomads arent literally a kingdom. its just not possible. Now I dont know how the Pirates slipped into the mix, I had nothing to do with it, but theres no way to stop them from being one now. Then just look at the general aspect of what it is
A bunch of miscellaneous classes thrown out in the desert roaming from place to place calling themselves the Karakaze Troupe
