The part that bothers me is "without investigation". I do not ban for account sharing unless there is solid proof of it, and they are never permanent bans.

If Bob gave out his password, it is considered account sharing, and it is his first warning. If something like this happens again, it will be a longer ban. As of now, a first warning just means you need to show proof of ownership, and then your account is instantly unbanned and the password is changed.

If Joe somehow manages to get Bob's password by using a password stealer, Joe will be punished if we are able to find him and have solid proof of this.
