Resolved: Graal v4, Script, or Server?

I am making these Christmas lights for a server called Dark Nations, in Offline mode they work perfectly and on Graal v2.
Problem: On Graal v4, the lights seem to have a problem of not staying in their original location.
Here are two pics of me testing them.
