Becasue of this, and the solution most folks building playerworlds likely go to is this:

How does a playerworld renter (a paying customer) know that the scripter they hire is up to the task of making good scripts for the playerworld?

I say that to improve each paying customer's experience of making a graal playerworld, we should have a test, compiled by the scripting experts here, (and accordong to the poll I conducted there are at least 15 people, 4 who claim to be masters and 11 who say they can make anything work, poll is here http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...ad.php?t=62564 )
and this test which covers the essential skills needed in most common playerworld scripts can be reviewed and graded by graal/cyberjourers staff.

There can be a special page here or on graal.net or something that has the official list of the GS Certified scripters. Since GS2 is so new to most of us, the test can offer to accept answers in original gscript, or in gs2. More points for answering in gs2, such as another + making it a GS++ Certification.
Levels of script ability would increasingly be called
GS Certified
GS+ Certified
GS++ Certified

Categories covered I think could be:
triggeractions : within a weapon npc, and another npc that recieves the action serverside and affects a player attribute
showimg : to create a stat bar or display text on the screen on the client based on a server-wide message, and an npc that staff may use to change the server-wide message
baddy-npc : that chases the player, deals out damage serverside to the player, accepts damage from the player, dies, and eventually respawns.
private door : a door to a playerhouse that the owner of the house may use a command to "lock" it, or allow players with specific account names to be on the entrance list.
tailor : an npc that changes the player's appearance.
sparring and nopk zones : show that you can make these npcs, however simple they are, you need to know these basics, as well as areas of a level where weapons are disabled in general and then enabled within a box.

plus others ... that's just off the top of my head what a pw should have at the very least

What do y'all think of the idea?
