The rules posted in the announcement section isn't even included when you sign up now.

Obviously the rules serve to further explain the `any reasons' you cited. They just serve your information, because they do not need to be stated in order to kick your threads (or ban your account, as the TOS states) if you break the rules.
The whole Rules of Conduct thing seems to be purely informational as well, and outdated too.
