I have added support for drawing tiles onto drawing panels in v4, and also added a test script on Kingdoms Debug for selecting a rectangle of tiles and pasting it on the ground, but there was no developer yet who has worked on it and added new stuff, so I will need to continue it once I get more time for that. Also I will soon test resizing/rearranging the main Graal control so that the level editor controls can be placed on the left or right side of the window and are not hiding the game content.
