maybe it could be that the player stops existing until all NPCs exist, and then once the player exists, the event handlers can start being called. Hopefully not stacked though, and the scripts ignore all other players for the client as well, might be difficult to say this though, considering some other player in some far away level might want to summon that player. I still think there would be more upsides than downsides in whatever it would cause though, which one compromises security less? That is the question.
