Connection Problem

Connecting to Graal just now, I was unable to put on any guild tags, and noone was able to see my profile stats and stuff when they right clicked me. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, but I'm not sure what triggers it. Attatched is a SS of what it looks like when people right click me. |
