In other words you want a system where you can go around to whatever kingdom you want, get recruitment rights and then stuff it with your flunkies so you can have an insurrection, like you're trying to do with Bel'la Olplyn. Having a leader that can't be gotten rid of by regular members is fine, but their power should be curtailed like it was on 2K1 so that they aren't the ultimate supreme power with total control over every aspect, both IC and OOC, of their kingdom. For the extremely awful leaders, staff can step in. Even at Kefkin-level though, I don't think the staff necessarily need to get involved. It's not so much Kefkin's leadership but rather stupid things like Bel'la Olplyn that call for staff attention. Kefkin was no great leader when he and Etien lead Zormite, but it was acceptable before the scam. |
