Disconnect if not moved on Login

Some dial up users have to wait for an hour or so (or more) to download Graal executable files on the Login screen of the graal v4 client, perhaps on the login server you can add disconnectifnotmoved=false so people who have to take a long time to download things don't get disconnected. |
