Where is this written and why is it a rule?
If we really didn't want pking between staff on tag and player we'd script something stopping it.

Which was also not a rule followed on UN, most ETs host "kill me" events and usually stay on tag while running around UN pking players and getting pk'd, just seems like an rule uneccesary of global recognition and forced upon playerworlds.
