I don't like it :X As you have said the cliffs are too straight. and those paths look like the path tool that comes with Graal.. then just edited a bit. I like the outside of the beach (the connection to Grass to water).

The beach needs detailing, tile error fixing. The top of the stairs outside of the house look horrible :X and the house is a little plain aswell. and I don't like the way you have done your marsh, use the rounded ones around the edges. It makes it look better.
