I've got the normal colors down, but now I need a 'foreign' color(Hues that I cannot access through Graal); Example:

I tried this and it didn't stay as-is.
My process when making bodies is as follows:
-Create/Edit the body in MSPaint.
-Copy and paste it to PSP7.
-Transparent and save as GIF.
What am I doing wrong?
