I agree. I think the posts may have been inappropriate, but leaving them there would have allowed them to be refuted. People can make their own judgements on the merit of such posts, they don't need a moderator to cut apart the thread. How to deal with mudslingers is a part of the game.
Frankly, when I see alot of negative posts, it makes me rather interested in a server. Obviously, it causes controversy.
