I agree. Lance has used the excuse of "not enough staff" or "staff aren't active" nearly every time his project is delayed. Isn't it the manager's job to make sure there are enough active staff? He fails at one of the most important roles of a manager.
If you have a full team of active staff, you barely have to lift a finger as manager. Lance appears to be waiting for them to all fall into his lap so he can show how great of a manager he is after they've done all the work. |
