Lance is a big boy and he can defend himself. I'm just pointing out that Konidias hasn't shown he can do any better, reguardless of if he is working on the project himself or not. That comment about him drowning himself in his own woe, yeah, I kinda direct that to everyone who wants to run their mouth about someone else when they themselves can be considered guilty of the same.
