- it doesn't even open up a window? can you see Graal4Setup.exe in the task list / process list ?
- When you rename the setup to Graal4.exe or so, does it open then, and eventually create the files graal4config.txt and FILENAMECACHE.txt ?
- Have you tried to run it in several different compatibility modes, Win2000 should work best I guess ?
BTW: Graal should work on Windows95 if you have installed InternetExplorer6 and DirectX7.

I used to run Graal on Windows 95 when I first started. It was a pentium 100 with 8mb of ram. It worked, I just couldn't go into populated areas.
