Hyralts aren't always elf, Tobaz Brutus (played by myself) is a Dwarf from the Dwarven Nation of the North. Erik Heimdal (played by myself) is a Human from the Eastern kingdom of Melhk. While we're on this matter - you got some Astri ranks up there like Beserker and whatnot.
The Confederation of the Forest has always seperated the rank chart to identify a small selection of races. Yes a small selection of races. The Forest is actually composed of dense inner forests and thinner outter forest - I know that you can not see this, the island space and game mechanics really wouldn't allow it.
But think of it as the rims of the Star Wars Galaxy. Basicly the tag (Forest) represents the outter most nations of this forest: Goblin, Orc, Human, Elf, Dwarf. Not many outsiders know what's in the innercircle of the Forest, the center of it. Some Elven might not know. However there is contact with all the races of Forest with the Race Council which governs the overall body of the Confederacy.
Personally I think that Forest needs to revert back to its nation-state method of doing thing if they are going to have humans and orcs as side items. Or atleast the human nation, the Orcs can be conquered by the Elven. More importantly Forest needs to reunderstand the society in which there are no real ranks. Everything is communion amongst the different races. They select a leader and a represenative and then they live out their lives. |
