To be honest, Orcs Humans and Elves really aren't suppose to be mixed, which is why the ranks were based on raced, but eh.

While we're at making ranks, how about a second list of those who would be in charge incase leaders are absent? This would be nice incase the leaders aren't around for something important, like with what happened with the Summit.
