People who don't want to roleplay will not want to join ROLEPLAYING KINGDOMS. Much in the same way that people who don't like communism wouldn't move to China.

That's a rather poor assumption. People PAY to play in a level and item fest. The RPing aspect is moot by this point. Valikorlia's players aren't necessarily playing for Gold, but it seems to play host to quite a bit of Roleplaying.
No, GK is too far gone. I think had it already had a Roleplaying Admin since inception, we might not have the Drow, Lasaria, Alan...the whole system's pretty much skewed.
