You earned your most of your items legit
the very first time. That's excluding at least the con+1 HSoD that Jagen /create'd for you, as that isn't a legitimate method of obtaining items. Then you USD'ed them off, and quit for a long time. Now, you've returned, and lied about the fate of the items you had before so you could get them restored.
