Fact: You can't ban paying customers for "perceptions". You need 100% proof. You need a script or something to verify it, not just visual acknowledgement and witnesses who could simply have something against the individual.
Something should be built into the Graal engine which checks for this, in my opinion. There are people who are erroneously banned for speed hacking and that is one thing that makes this game look unprofessional.
