Would be a prime weapon for newb lamers. Have you considered 'why' the icecannon is slow? It's so that people have a chance to escape from being turned into an ice lolly. Maby if this gun took away quite a bit of energy it would be better. But then you would have to increase the length of the freeze time otherwise it would be 'too' easy to escape. Sounds a lot better than the stupid icecannon with blasts chugging along at 1mph.
