Bow range limit?

Why is it that I can see about twice as far as my bow can actually shoot.. and why would you let the aiming area go beyond its limit in the first place...
Drives me nuts, I can see a good mile or so (3/4 of bomboria just by stepping outside of the Tavern), see them all coming, cant hit the broad side of a barn, im 1 foot too far away!... |
