Sounds pretty good to me, and you can use the electron to cause the hoverbikes to fail, and from there just taze the poop out of the rider too.
As a matter of fact after just playing take blue rifle out completely, don't just gimp it because that will not work, the rate of fire is insane and when used with a jetpack anyone can lame and run very easy, someone was base laming, and using the jetpack to get to the dropship transporter before he dies, from there you can choose medic and heal yourself too easy, overall you can count on a player to find all the lamest ways to play a game and make others cry for a fix to it.
