Bluerifle is not an event item, you are able to purchase it from the traders on each planet for a price of $3500. Also for your spawn kill problem I think that once you go through the teleporter to whatever team, you should become invincible for 5 seconds so that you are able to escape from whoever trys to spawn kill you. Yet when you are invincible you are also unable to attack so that it is used for evasive actions only.
