I like the idea. I dont know about keeping them on islands and such. Maybe have a few on main for everyone to be able to use(there are alot of them). It might allow more people to be on bmode, and get away from the awful pmode.

I'd recommend this idea, it couldnt hurt to try it. We're pretty much dead regarding population as it is, anything that could bring back some people would be nice.
