CHMOD not allowed of graal.net

our forum host stopped hosting us, so i wanted to move it to our graal.net space. to install the forum i need to CHMOD the config.php file, but the server doesnt allow that! Didn't they know that almost all PHP scripts require CHMOD permissions? |
