Anyway... the way I ran applications is by asking them some RP questions and then having them formally RP introduce themselves to me, state their purpose for joining, and having them swear allegiance. I based a lot of my judging on their introduction because you can just teach them some of the RP basics in an hour or less. Then again... no one really made it past my system so... *shrug*
