This sounds more like something that should be intergrated into the Graal engine itself, not just Zone... I suggest this thread be moved to "Future Improvements"
I thought about something similar to this a while ago... Have a few choices in the Graal Options where you could set Graal to automatically record whatever's in your client window. You could set it to intervals like 10seconds, 30 seconds, one minute, three minutes (or 'Off'). Once your recording reached the specified interval it would start to over-write itself.
There would be a keyboard shortcut added. When you hit that shortcut the past 10 seconds/ 3 minutes/ etc recorded would be saved as some sort of video file (.avi?) in a special folder in the Graal directory. The video file would be automatically named based on the time, date, (and perhaps playerworld?).
Also, if at all possible, the name of the playerworld that the recording was taken on would be embedded in the video file in one of the corners on every frame, along with (Offline) for when it's taken in Training mode.
Now I don't know if it's feasable... or if it has any real value. But it would still be a neat little feature built into Graal, and players wouldn't have to mess around with other programs (ie Fraps) to record their gameplay if they found that sort of thing too complicated. |
