Good god, man. Have you ever stopped to
think about this? Here's a condensed version of your argument:
"Scamming is possibly part of somebody's character"
"Scamming is legal"
"Therefore scamming should be legal"
If we're determining
whether or not scamming should be legal then the roleplaying aspects are
irrelevant. But you yourself claimed that you had given a "good reason" when you cited them in opposition to Sam's ruling.
